Your hormones aren't a footnote to your program. They're the program.

Most training plans are built for a body that doesn't change. Mine aren't. I coach around the physiology that's actually in front of me — where a client is in her cycle, her postpartum recovery, or her transition through perimenopause — so the plan adapts instead of asking her to push through it.

That focus is what led me to NASM's Women's Fitness Specialization, and it shapes every program I build, whether we're working toward a first pull-up or your first postpartum deadlift.
